Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the odds69 platform ("odds69", "we", "us") and each member who uses the platform ("you", "user"). Accessing or using the platform through the odds69 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel means you fully agree to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the odds69 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. No person below this age limit is permitted to open an account. odds69 may request any supporting document at the time of registration or at a later stage to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or multiple accounts from the same device or the same IP address, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended and funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be completely true and accurate. If false information is provided, odds69 has the right to close the account and forfeit all funds held.

2.4 KYC Verification

Before the first withdrawal or at any time, odds69 may ask you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This process may require a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, and information about your payment method. If KYC is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be delayed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not leave your browser open while logged in on a public device.

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat. odds69 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access unless our clear negligence is proven.

odds69 will never ask for your password or payment details via email or chat. If you receive any such message, treat it as fraudulent and inform us.

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on odds69 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We support the following payment methods:

You may only make deposits using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and any such deposit will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). After a withdrawal request is approved, funds will generally reach your account within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method you used to deposit.

odds69 has the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if KYC verification has not been completed or if any investigation is ongoing on the account. Further verification may be carried out in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must place bets worth 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after placing ৳10,000 in bets.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• Bonus balance can be used to place bets but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If misuse or manipulation of bonuses is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• odds69 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed. Each game or bet has specific rules, which can be found on the relevant game page. Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, completed bets will be settled according to the server's records. In the event of any dispute, odds69's server log will be treated as the final evidence.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, or other sports, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be declared void and the staked amount will be refunded. Bets will be settled based on the official results of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or FIFA tournaments.

6.4 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If any bet is accepted after the designated time due to a live streaming delay, it will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the odds69 platform. Violating these rules will result in the account being immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a game or bet through cheating or fraudulent means.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other unauthorised technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively towards other users.
• Using a third party's payment account or card.
• Placing bets strategically for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or security measures.

8.1 Suspension by odds69

In the following circumstances, odds69 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

8.2 Account Closure at User Request

You may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. It is possible to withdraw all valid balance before the account is closed, however any bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

12.1 Changes to Terms
